The air conditioning blew cold air right onto the bed, making me uncomfortable, while the daily housekeeping was excellent.

Its location in Merida was good, not far from The Cathedral, main square, and down town merida. And it was just a short stroll away from a bustling park.

More than a couple friendly staff, bless their hearts! The rooftop terrace was a peach. Room was clean, but lordy, that road noise was a bit much. And that flea market nearby? What a hoot! I could shop there all day long.

We felt like family here!
The rooms where all spotless and new-fashioned with a nice bed and huge TV. The hotel had a great location close to the downtown. And it was also short walk to the main square, the public areas and the center of Merida. The place was excellent value, we would come here again.

The staff were really good-very kind and helpful. The room was basic by US standards, but it was clean and tidy. I enjoyed the roof terrace, nice and breezy. The complimentary water refill station was also a great touch.
The bathroom was very small.

The staff were helpful, providing complimentary coffee and cold water. The rooftop terrace offered a relaxing atmosphere after long days of exploration and was a standout feature. While the hotel is conveniently located within walking distance to the city center and a nearby flea market, the noise from the street could be disruptive at times, and the bathroom felt cramped. The cleanliness of the room was appreciated, but it could use some modernization.
